An introduction to bread making with MOR owner and Head Baker, David.
An action-packed day where you will learn to create yeasted dough by hand, focusing on white loaves, baguettes and focaccia.
Supper will be included, with local wine, as an appetite will be built with plenty of hands on dough time, shaping and baking.
