A real sourdough loaf risen with our 15 year-old starter and Organic Shipton Mill flour.  Fermented for 16 hours.




The fermentation process used to make sourdough bread breaks down some of the gluten and inflammatory compounds in wheat which means that it’s easier on everyone’s gut. Our house loaf in particular contains stoneground wholemeal flour, which means that the gluten isn’t as easily absorbed by your body. (This is a good thing!!)
